School Holiday Fun
Over the summer school holiday period, the Blue Lotus Water Garden is providing special entertainment for children on selected weekends and public holidays between 26th December 2025 – 26th January 2026.
Face painting will also be available for a fee between 11am-3pm on event days.
Please Note: On days when the weather is very hot or stormy. Events and face painting may be changed, cancelled or postponed.

Boxing Day Weekend

Her majesty Kristabelle, Queen of the Fairies, will be at the gardens between 11:30am – 2:30am each day of the long weekend. She will be roving around the gardens entertaining all the children and adults. She also holds enchanted story time shows in the fairy garden.

New Year’s Day
Thursday 1st January
The enchanted Fairy Poppie will be at the gardens between 11:30am – 2:30am. She will be roving around the gardens entertaining all the children and adults. She also holds story time and an amazing giant bubble show.

Bubble Weekend

Magical Weekend

The entertaining and funny Steve will be at the gardens to entertain the children with his interactive and vibrant magic shows. The shows run for 30 minutes in the Lotus Marquee suitable for children aged 4 – 10 years.

Peter Pan Pantomine
Saturday 17th January
The team from Mad Hatters theatrical group will perform their new and entertaining Peter Pan pantomime show in the Lotus Marquee. The shows run for 30 minutes and suitable for children aged 3 – 10 years.

Lucky Luke’s Magic Show
Sunday 18th January
Award winning magician Lucky Luke will amaze visitors of all ages with his high energy, interactive and funny magical tricks. The shows run for 30 minutes in the Lotus Marquee and suitable for children aged 4 – 8 years.
